I have been body building for 18 years in various gyms around Swindon. I have always wanted to be as big as possible, however being of slender build and 5 feet 11inches tall I found this hard, but I did hit 13 stone 4lbs at one point.

I have known Vince and Vern Montgomery for a few years, and as a result was introduced to the sun diet devised by them. It was very easy to follow; I wondered if I really could cut back all the fat and see all the muscle. I started the diet and after 13 weeks I was over 2 stone lighter and hit my target weight of 10 stone 4lbs.

Vince and Vern arranged for a professional photographer for the day. On the day of the shoot it was my sons 3rd birthday, we had some pictures taken together, these have given us a lasting memory to look back on in years to come. It is now eighteen months later, I am holding my weight at 11 stone 2lbs by keeping an eye on my calories; Although, this now is second nature.

I would like to thank Vince and Vern for all the help and support they gave me. I hope that our friendship will last for many years to come.
