Sun Diet - Calories In, Calories Out

Calories in, calories out. That’s what it’s all about. Always has been and always will be. Why? Because they are one of the things that remains constant and so can be measured, quantified and eventually controlled.  So, in essence, anything that conforms in any way to be PART of a calorie controlled diet will work. But!! We find it so strange no one actually tells you how to find this calorie controlled part.

As for the  other “part” it is suggested an exercise/machine, pill or supplement can be used and even surgery. However, if these other aids only help as PART of a calorie controlled diet… then only part of the story is being divulged. Claiming results from the calorie part, that is not explained, is giving you access to only part of the process.

This method of informing the public is used  because it helps to prevent  any legal action being taken as no organisation is allowed to imply that what is being offered by them is better than any calorie controlled diet.

What can legally be said is,

“It will only work along side/as part/in combination/with a calorie/kilo joule/energy controlled/restricted program”.

Most people  know that calories are the least understood  part of any weight loss programme advised/advertised to them. So how can any programme work if calories are not understood? Simple… they do not work. Or at best they only work for a few weeks or months.

But if calories are ignored  altogether,  the general public will end up back in the same groove or saddle they were in before. Here at the 24HRGYM the Sundiet has been developed with this problem in mind and it is both honest and correct.

Important points

  1. Calories are a unit of heat.  This heat comes from the sun and its heat can be measured just like any other measurement.  A Gas bill shows consumption/usage based on a meter reading. Calories consumed can also be measured and their energy value understood like any other currency. Too many calories and you “get fat”. Reduce calories and you “get thin”.
    The Sun’s energy is trapped in the leaves of a tree and when the leaves and   wooden branches are burned  the resulting fire releases this very heat which has been stored.  The same result can be found from burning coal, fossilised fuel oils and all ancient sun- trapped substances.  Also, all growing plant life, including plants used for food, store energy/heat from the sun which can be burned in a calorific meter. Eventually this information ends up written on the side of food packets as “nutritional information”. A calorie is not a calorie unless it represents heat! Body fat is  stored heat. Or to put it another way it is heat that has been eaten.
  2. It is this measuring and controlling of the accumulated heat that is often difficult for people to understand and, more importantly, to put into practice. Although it is never actually opposed in theory.
  3. It is not even known how to assess what calories have been consumed prior to any reduction but because this information is not known does not mean it can be ignored as a correct science.  In fact, there is all the more reason to simplify the information rather than avoid it and put across a less meaningful concept.
