Congratulations!! Martin Durruzzio Makes Member’s Gallery
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Martin Durruzzio is the latest member to make the Wall of Fame which displays members’ results and places their photos on the wall.
The Wall of Fame was started by Vern Montgomery whilst in his gym in Bournemouth 10 years ago. It all began when he decided to present seminars on diet and nutrition together with advice on how to control calories for weight loss. Vern realised, coming from a competitive bodybuilding back-ground, that to look good on stage it was necessary to have low body fat in order to reveal muscle and this also applied to people who just wanted to have a “six pack” who could use a similar but more simplistic system.
Some intelligent or curious trainers questioned the idea more, and then applied this simple practical science. Time after time the results remained the same and as proof of his success Vern decided to take photographs and establish a Wall of Fame.
Vern originally used celebrity photographer Mark Easton but after developing so many physiques eventually Mark Easton, being the copy right holder of the photos, went on to form a web site using all gym members’ photos claiming he “Found beauty in the human form”. I guess after you learn how to control the calories you can reveal what you want to people and they will interpret the result for themselves.
Vern realised that if you had a great shape (low body fat) any good photographer would find beauty in the human form but it is necessary to have a brilliant photographer and proper light manipulation in order to make a person who is not in shape look good. On the other hand any good photographer can make a person in great shape look brilliant even in natural light.
So nowadays Vern makes his own photos or will use any enthusiastic local photographer.
Martin Durruzzio achieved a great shape with having a very low level of body fat, and can he can attain that shape, at will, whenever he chooses.
Congratulations!!
Martin’s story can be found on sundiet web site.
