Inflatable Extravaganza Charity Event

24hr Gym is holding an open day to help raise money for GWR Kids, the event is fully licensed and insured, there will be over 20 inflatable’s and stalls with live performances and exhibitions on an outdoor stage throughout the day.The event is fully supported by GWR FM and will be a great day for families. We are giving businesses the opportunity to become part of this and help by sponsoring an inflatable. The Event is open to all ages however there are age limits on some of the attractions. Please note - All inflatable’s will be manned and supervised by the company that we have hired from, all are members of the British Inflatable Hire Association.

Location: 24hr Gym, Sensor House, Langley Road, Hillmead, West Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 9WB
Time: 1pm - 9.30pm

Sponsorship: We are looking for businesses to sponsor an attraction, promote around the work place and to freinds and family. In return, on the day, they can put up banners, send down a representative and hand out promotional material.
 
Itinery & cost to sponsor: (pics attached) (users will be charged a fee and all proceeds will goto GWR Kids)
1. Inflatable Human Football & Referee = £450
(Each team will pay £25 to enter. There will be 5 players per team. The competition will work in a tournament format and the winners will recieve the Open day cup.)
The competition will start at 2pm and will run throughout the day.
2. Giant Inflatable Slide = £250
3. Bouncy Castle = £250
4. Merry Go Round = £250
5. Bouncy Boxing = £150

6. Bungee Run = £140    (A competition to see who can get the furthest. The winner will receive a trophy)
7. Gladiators = £150
8. Fireworks Display = £200    (This will take place at the end of the day and will last for 15mins)
9. Ball Pit = £100
10. Bugs Bunny Bouncy Castle = £200
11. Disco Bounce =  £250

Refreshments: Are available all day at reasonable prices including BBQ, ice cream,  tea, coffee, cold drinks & licensed bar.
Stage: AJentertainment & Beatbullyz will be hosting the stage throughout the day, there will also be Martial arts & Dance performances.
Marquee: We will be providing a marquee opposite the stage, It will have a seating area for watching performances.
Performances: Beatbullyz, Hotsteppers Dance school, Elliot Martial Arts, kellis dance school
