24HRGYM has weekly radio broadcast with presenter and broadcaster Ian Pugh, Ian wanted to lose weight and wanted to be honest and correct in this project with none of the fabrication and manipulation that he has experienced with some broadcasting shows on weight loss. He went with Vernon Montgomery of the 24HRGYM Team due to their easy and honest approach to diet, and the simplicity of calorie control.

Ian came from a completely non-exercise or training perspective and wanted to “know” how all these results were realistically achieved living in the real world of people with social, personal, and work driven life styles of the “ordinary person” not connected to gym culture. We agreed from the start we would only contact each other every Friday or at most an occasional phone call to see if anything came up.
Our goal was to lose Ian 2lbs a week over a mean average (this is the weekly or monthly totals averaged over the week or month period as weight loss or gain changes daily) we will now keep you posted on our results and reasons.
