Parking permits are being issued to all 24HRGYM members. We have witnessed non-members using our car parks recently, leaving our members with nowhere to park, particularly during busy hours. We have decided the only way to prevent this is to give out parking permits to all our members to place visibly on their cars. We will be enforcing clamping for those who do not have permits and also for those of you who choose to park in NO PARKING zones. The signs are there for a reason and due to a recent accident we have had to ensure road safety on our premises. There is a fine for clamped vehicles. Please avoid the risk of clamping as it is an inconvenience to both you and us.

The Weakest Link. Our very own member Richard Bennett is appearing on an episode of The Weakest Link. He has been following the 24HRGYM diet and has lost over 2 stone. Richard is still training hard and the weight is still coming down. With the weight Richard has lost since filming in November he is excited to see the physical difference in his appearance. When asked how the show went Richard commented “look out for the shirt, they made me wear it!” The show is on Friday 6 February at 5:15pm. We will be showing it in the gym. Well done Richard!

Best wishes

The 24HRGYM team
