PROTEIN AND CALORIES MAKE A CHANGE
None of this can be achieved with out controlling your calorie and
protein intake These 2 most important factors are much over looked
but are based on an exact science of mathematics which "take out the
guess work" of such and such food, idea, or cardio machine (which
only ultimately burn calories) unless you know how many calories you
have eaten then the calories you have burned become relevant. If you
ignore this fundamental key then your body will only replace the
deficit you have created.
The body has evolved over 3 million years and your "wish" to change
shape does not come into the system.
Eg. if you went to the desert you would take water ..agreed.. because
what the body loses it will automatically require (by thirst)
Eg. if you increased sodium, the body would increase potassium
(electrolyte balance)to compensate
The body does not care for your opinion of improvement for that
matter it does not recognise nutrients (unless severely deficient when
pregnant)it recognises calories (fats sugars)
If you burn or reduce calories, (many cases too fast) the body
becomes hungry..of course..my policy is very much in agreement with
www.caloriecontrolcouncil.com but like much the same as else where
they fail to explain a way to apply the knowledge.
Secondly if you go to a gym or take on a fitness program with out
understanding the body requires a certain amount of protein to profit
by for the reshaping this does not mean endless amounts which will
only take us to the opposite polarity.
But does require understanding as much the same as correct protein
intake for a patient in say, a burns unit in hospital who needs to
produce living tissue (as indeed any toning,firming or body sculpture
program does).
we need 50 to 70 grams of protein a day just to be healthy. And who
is aware of even this information or more importantly how to find
out about HOW TO FIND IT OUT?
As most people only play lip service to the governments control of
advertising of so called weight loss products who protect themselves
by stipulating "any food will ONLY help as PART of CALORIE CONTROLED DIET" sound
familiar ..?.. well who is doing that i ask myself?
That should then be backed up with..any exercise or muscle building
claim or machine can ONLY help as PART of a PROTEIN CONTROLLED DIET"
