TODAY'S MODERN DIET
Today's Modern diet habits are equal to modern methods of treating disease.
So called alternative medicine/nutrition has a far longer history
than modern drugs which is business first. Nutrition is also business
first and the well being of the customer second eg. sugar
manufactures have a quota of 2lbs of sugar pure person that's 120
million lbs a year of empty calories sweets etc and the alcohol
industry with its quotas entering the human food chain
then we have the NHS trying to treat its effects the other end only
to be met by the drug corporations. Even if you visit the nutrition
sites on the web the diet drug companies have there offers come up on
the screen there by giving an even easier option along with the bad
diet.
If some one was to work out the average calories of hydrogenated fat (vegetable oil etc to restaurants etc), saturated fats, sugar supply, alcohol supply, into the human food chain, then convert it to calories!!
Of course it wont be the WHO (world health organisation) as their
research is funded by ....you guessed it...the food manufactures
paying for the tests (unbiased of course). Result....there is no such
thing as a bad food ONLY a bad diet (onus back of the customer)
Then take the average (2000) calorie intake per person of the public
a fair percentage could be estimated on bad nutrition which affects
the body of which we become ill.. obesity, diabetes, colon cancer,
IBS, that's with out mental disorders and alcohol problems etc.
If beri beri resulted in the stunted growth of the chinese which can
still be seen today from its out break in which millions of people
died Then what are the effects of sugar and fat on today's people.
(beri beri resulted from taking natural brown rice a bleaching it
white for snobbery says purity is white. Which robbed it of its
thiamin b vitamin. (Its now par boiled to let some thiamin remain)
Even using alternative hypnotherapy the body will still influence the
mind if the diet is high in fat and sugar, no matter how much you accept you are well and healed.
If you want a few mathematics (conscious thinking)
one and 2lb of sugar is 900 grams
at 400 calories per 100 grams
that's 3600 calories per week if there is 3500 calories in a lb of fat
then we are paying for a bad diet that is making us fat!at the END of
ALL treatments given be it mental(hypnotherapy), government, or
doctors then... Who is helping who, AND if WHO (world health
organisation) cant help either there is only your own insight to
work it out, those clever Egyptians left enough for us to work it out, but we need a bit more on how to
apply it. after all we all *KNOW* we should eat better (wink).
