Dear Sirs,

I am confirming that regrettably I would like to cancel my Gym membership with yourselves. I started my membership in May 2005 and would just like to thank you all for your encouragement and advice over this period. I now have two young children and despite the gym being open 24 hours I just haven't found the time or energy to be able to attend regularly.

I would just like to add that Carl and Craig are a credit to your gym and ensured along with yourselves it's always been an enjoyable and valuable gym to attend, and I'm pleased to say I was happy with my results I achieved when I attended regularly.

I hope to rejoin in a few years.
